This project began with the design of a cohesive set of packages and products sharing an underlying structure and visual system. Though built on the same framework, each component was differentiated through unique designs and bespoke color palettes. After establishing this flexible design system, the project expanded to include the development of marketing materials and branding assets.

See how the OctoPals were created!
Each whimsical plush pal was lovingly handcrafted from the ground up. Pattern templates were carefully cut out, and vibrant acrylic paints were used to dye the fabric. Lastly, each silly companion was hand-sewn together, stitch by stitch.
